This image is to mark my first anniversary in photography, It all started on March 19, 2010 and I'll tell you, what a journey it has been. Thank you to all my friends who encouraged and taught me along the way.

I for one seldom see a sunset in monochrome, so here i converted one to black and white.
Sunset in full colour is definitely beautiful but it is equally beautiful in monochrome.

a simple photo but i like it very much for the simple reason that it can be interpreted in so many ways, there are layers of stories for your imagination here, one is the reflection of the sky and clouds, or a child's playground, one's childhood, another is the abstract image made by the lines. But for me, i think the best part is the b&w conversion that gives the whole image an eerie feel.

playing with blue mono and noise.
Taken around 6am and in a sub-zero temp, original plan was wait for a pedestrian to pass by and take a slow shutter speed shot, but after 10min of waiting and without any luck I decided to pose myself.
