"Sa Dilim" when translated in english is "In Darkness". A black & white photoblog with occasional sepia.
I am a 43-year old husband and father. I was an avid computer gamer and DOF, F-stops and the like were foreign to me until my wife introduced me to photography.
I began shooting during the latter part of March 2010 and quickly became addicted to it. I started this blog to share my journey and to learn along the way.
Special thanks to my wife Eng who encouraged me and to all my friends in Blogosphere who shared their knowledge and taught me to further this craft.

Simply gorgeous, Dave!
The texture on the petals is awesome.
Absolutely beautiful!
Very delicate. I like the soft focus.
Roses are one of the very few flowers that can make the leap to b&w. Not all of them can. This is excellent!
So soft and elegant! A beautiful picture, which exudes a certain melancholy!

Lovely in its simplicity, Dave!
How do you get over making the leap to B&W? I always feel it looks so mundane ~ until I see yours!
