"Sa Dilim" when translated in english is "In Darkness". A black & white photoblog with occasional sepia.
I am a 43-year old husband and father. I was an avid computer gamer and DOF, F-stops and the like were foreign to me until my wife introduced me to photography.
I began shooting during the latter part of March 2010 and quickly became addicted to it. I started this blog to share my journey and to learn along the way.
Special thanks to my wife Eng who encouraged me and to all my friends in Blogosphere who shared their knowledge and taught me to further this craft.

Definitely loyal...so beautiful this is!
i am a lover of sepia myself,i love the treatment you did on this one. the noise effect added a nostalgic feeling to it - like an old memory.
beautifully done!
I wonder if you are bored of reading my 'such a beautiful picture' again and again? Loved it.
What a remarkable capture of the "guardian" and his charge. Love this mood!
Very nice. I agree with Eng, the noise/grain really adds to the "old time" photo. Great composition and very cool how the dog is watching you, taking care of master. :-)
Gorgeous pic!! I would love to learn how to do that.
Nice tones, and such a peaceful shot.
this is so beautiful Dave! it tells a lot of stories!

Wonderful sepia Dave. Benches are such a wonderful subject and the dog is so alert to the photographer.
Wow I must learn to take such a beautyful photos.
This is very, very cool. I love the way the sepia plays on the water.
Love the processing on this.
The dog is ready to 'see you off'! A study in the aware and the unaware.
Man's best friend and social animals we may be, we can't live without loyal friends ~ just like the man's dog.
But it's such a beautiful picture indeed! So touching.
Kisses!
A very tender and fine atmosphere, but you have been spotted :-)
