"Sa Dilim" when translated in english is "In Darkness". A black & white photoblog with occasional sepia.
I am a 43-year old husband and father. I was an avid computer gamer and DOF, F-stops and the like were foreign to me until my wife introduced me to photography.
I began shooting during the latter part of March 2010 and quickly became addicted to it. I started this blog to share my journey and to learn along the way.
Special thanks to my wife Eng who encouraged me and to all my friends in Blogosphere who shared their knowledge and taught me to further this craft.

Desolation seems a good word. That boat looks so saturated that it's sagging apart. There's a wonderful atmosphere in this photo.
What a sad feeling this picture evokes! Very nice shot :)
Sometimes the world seems quite small. especialy before the sun brightens it up. My thoughts goes to goldwashing, for one reason or another. The atmosphere is well captured!
That photo takes me to the Middle Ages. What a stunning atmosphere.
Can't fathom the perspective but immediately think of Great Expectations.

wow, that is beautiful...in a very sad sort of way.
Excellent black and white photography.

What a fantastic atmosphere in this photo. I could create a whole story to go with it!
